We are a Seventh-day Adventist school located in Memphis, TN. Our staff is committed to providing quality education in a Christ-filled environment. Our school is part of the world-wide Seventh-day Adventist school network.  The Seventh-day Adventist educational system includes elementary and high schools, colleges and universities in countries around the globe. Suzette York Memorial Fund
In honor of our former principal, Suzette York, a memorial fund has been set up for Memphis Junior Academy in her name. Your contribution is tax deductible and 100% of it supports MJA in ways Mrs. York was passionate about. Contributions may be sent to:

Media Policy
Out of respect for our students' privacy, the media is not permitted on the school premises.

Inclement Weather

Our school follows the inclement weather policy for the Shelby County Schools. If you have questions regarding snow days, please tune in to your local TV or radio station and listen for the decision of the Shelby County School system.
